When to contact the Concierge Service?
1. You need to amend/cancel or make a general enquiry about the hotel you have booked.
2. You have a large itinerary and need assistance with knowing the best areas/hotels to stay.
3. You are time poor and need help with a quote.
4. You have searched for the hotel you want but when you check the online rate it is not cheaper?
5. You have a question about my Membership.
